When you request a pickup, Star Cleaners collects your name, phone number, email address, pickup address, a brief description of the garments, and any pickup notes you provide. We use these details to respond to your request, confirm availability, and arrange garment care.

Your pickup details

Requests are stored in the website’s database and can be viewed by authorized Star Cleaners staff. When email notifications are connected, the same details are sent through Resend to the business’s operational inbox so staff can respond. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to promotional emails or texts. A request is scheduled only when Star Cleaners confirms the details with you.

Website analytics

This website records aggregate page views, pickup form opens, call and text clicks, directions clicks, and received pickup requests. It does not set advertising cookies or create visitor profiles. Page and click analytics respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Short-lived hashed request identifiers help limit spam and abuse.
